I seared this center cut, bone-in pork chop with a combination of canola and sesame oil, and then sauteed sliced almonds and chopped pears in the same pan. The pears and almonds went over greens that I drizzled with a bit more sesame oil and seasoned rice vinegar. This is a rare meal that I make just for one because Kristina doesn't eat mammals.
